INTRO

What a Ride. And I'm Just Getting Started.

Looking back, every chapter built the foundation for the next.

2006 – Licensed Series 63 & 22. Started as an Oil & Gas broker trainee with an NASD-registered broker-dealer in San Antonio, Texas.

2008 – Began trading for my own account and also expanded into mortgage banking & land development syndications, working alongside bank wealth managers, hedge funds, and family offices. Closed my first land transaction—over $5 million along I-10. Back then, institutional capital meant something. Today, those titles get thrown around far too easily.

2011 – Founded Dominion Capital Group Inc. as our family holding company. Our focus now: datacenter & telecom infrastructure, acquiring and leasing real estate for our own balance sheet, and brokering alternative lending solutions.

2013 – Dominion Capital Group Inc. Works with Brian Delucia of Arrivato LLC to source real estate clients seeking capital. Leveraging my network, I introduced Shravan Parsi (now of American Ventures). That collaboration resulted in a $5 million transaction and eventually helped grow into North of $100+ million multifamily portfolio.

2015 – Dominion Capital Group Inc. Invests in solar energy through Powur, while also allocating capital into trucking, cryptocurrency, and acquiring a commercial office building in Big Spring, Texas. Those assets remain stabilized and cash-flowing.

2020 – The pandemic changed everything. I went back behind the wheel as an equipment operator to protect my family and keep Dominion Capital Group debt-free. During that time, we developed two small RV parks with Tiny Homes all without bank financing or outside investors. Today, both are stabilized and producing cash flow.

2021 –Dominion Capital Group Inc. Becomes a licensed partner with Raises.com, helping fund managers and sponsors raise capital through proven strategies and investor relationships.

2022 - Dominion Capital Group Inc. Adds Risk Management services & begins field underwriting policies as a Lic. TX. Life insurance broker for families, including IUL's and Key Person Life Insurance.

2024- West Texas Energy Div. Chapter President of TNOOA.com. NOOA is a trucking business association created by owner-operators, carriers, and independent truckers with more than 35,000 members spanning the entire United States

2025 – Dominion Capital Group Inc. Looks for a successor. Considering winding down the business to prioritize my family's healthcare needs. I joined a rapidly growing logistics company that supplies compressed natural gas to data centers and oil & gas frac operations, earning stock options along the way. Another potential liquidity event is on the horizon.

2026 – Diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.

That diagnosis changed my perspective forever.

I really hadnt been challenged up until now. Finally a worthy opponent.

It reminded me there is no finish line. There is no perfect time to slow down. There is only the opportunity to keep building while you're still here.

I still have plenty of swings left.

My focus now is on an Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing Industrial Crane-Ready Project, and I'll be opening this opportunity to my immediate network as it progresses. Existing clients will be migrated into the future fund.

The journey isn't over.

It's entering a new chapter.
