Full Infill Desirable Area
I have a lead on a park I have built great rapport with. It's in an ideal area but requires full infill. Is there anything that makes these deals worth pursuing for bigger buyers with the capital to do so? It is city water and sewer and over 50 pads, they will also do seller financing (as little as $30k or less).
Regardless of all these factors are these deals just dead? I feel like someone is always out there ready to use the infrastructure in the right place but I know it could be hard to get the right ROI and may depend greatly on location. Wondering if the seller finance terms can ever be strong enough to offset.
Also, hi! New here in pursuit of a park. We have invested in SF and multi the past several years but have been venturing out, building a pipeline and ready to add to our portfolio!
