1st MHP under contract!
Hey all! Looking forward to learning, growing, and connecting with y'all here!
I just got my first park under contract and feel way in over my head. But that's what getting out of your comfort zone feels like, right?
Its a 20 pad MHP also zoned for RV's. Half of the lots need significant infrastructure upgrades and the park overall needs quite a bit of attention to get it back into shape.
I have parts of the team in place and figuring a lot out as I go. But one reason for joining this group is to connect with other owners that have went though a heavy MHP makeover. Also looking to bring on capital partners. If that's you lets chat!
