I had the pleasure of listening to Trent Shelton talk a few weeks ago. And one thing he shared that stuck with me was, not everyone is going to see or believe in your vision or dreams. And that’s OK!
He gave the analogy of prescription eyeglasses. The prescribed glasses you are wearing were meant for you and your vision. You have a clear vision, a goal, belief, a direction you want to go.
If someone else puts your prescription eyeglasses on, their view is gonna be blurry, skewed and won’t be able to see things clearly.
So if you share an idea, a belief, a goal a vision with someone of and they do not have the same “prescription” as you don’t get discouraged.
Find those individuals with the same prescription that can see your beliefs, goals and dreams, and can help get you there!
