Consistency is another word for habit
Consistency is the unheroic trait of the middle part of your story. Everyone cheers you in the beginning and at the end. And no one looks at your journey. That's your story. Consistency is the trait that gets you through this middle part. It's not exciting, or heroic, or flamboyant. It's the daily grind and the self-motivation, and the group of like-minded people who support your progress. This group is exactly that. A group supports your journey so that you are not alone when you feel like it's time to quit. Do your best, and write about it here, especially if you are at a low point, working toward a goal.

Visualisation improves muscle strength
A cool study showed that mental imagery (visualisation) improved muscle strength. Your personal mental dojo can be used in many more ways that we can currently imagine. They mentioned “Imagery ability, motivation, and self-efficacy” as the three main points to work on for more results. The ability gets better with training, the motivation is searching the reasons you do this (it can be as simple as because it’s fun) and self-efficacy is the details you go into during the visualisation (feeling lifting a weight, forming all the details around a movement etc). https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC4974856/#:~:text=The%20present%20review%20also%20indicates,intervention%20for%20improving%20strength%20performance

A good life?
Consider the basis against which you judge a good life. From the perspective of fame, Alexander is a good example, but didn’t last. From the perspective of Machiavelli, Stalin had a good life, as he rose though the ranks and took out his opponents and died in old age of natural causes. However he killed millions of his countrymen. From the perspective of Plato, if you can be admitted in Elysium you have had a good life even if no one ever knows you or remembers you. Just know what you are aim for.
