Hello to our amazing women 💛 If you’re new here, each Friday we share one simple Tiny Step, something gentle, doable, and realistic, even on full days. These are small actions meant to create a little more peace and clarity right where you are. This week’s Tiny Step is a grounding practice designed to bring a sense of calm into your body in under a minute. It’s called 5-Sense Grounding. Whenever you remember today or this weekend, pause for a moment and gently name: 1 thing you can see 1 thing you can hear 1 thing you can feel 1 thing you can smell Then take 1 slow, intentional breath That’s it. Just coming back into the moment. I hope this brings you a small pocket of peace wherever you are today. 😊

Each Friday in this group, I’ll be sharing one simple “Tiny Step” you can take toward a little more peace and clarity, using small, doable actions. This is our first Tiny Step together. Today’s Tiny Step: Clean out your purse or everyday bag 👜 Take everything out, wipe the inside, and only put back what you truly use. Our bags can hold a lot, not just items, but clutter, stress, and forgotten things. After you’ve done this, notice how it feels the next time you reach for it. Does anything feel lighter, calmer, or easier? If you do this step, comment “done” or share what you noticed. I’d love to hear how this feels for you, and we’ll check in again next week.
Intro Hello
Happy 2026 Everyone. Looking forward to meeting many new people on this platform. I've rather overlapped from raising children at home (last one left the nest mid-2024) to assisting parents in their senior years. This has come with many challenges, but thinning out my "unnecessaries" at home, has relieved a lot of stress for me. Now practicing slower living and working at getting clarity on what the future might hold. Juggling the logistics of exactly how to downsize seems to be front and center for me.
From Learning to Living
My tiny step is to move from learning mode into living mode. Even if that means “doing” less. I’m intentionally planning unproductive personal time into 2026. I’m implementing what I’ve learned and choosing to be unhurried.
Living with intention
Happy 2026 everyone! My name is Monica. This year I want to live with intention . I want to take my time before saying yes to everything and everyone. I want to cultivate and nurture the relationships with my children and husband. I want to create a home where everyone feels seen, loved and valued. I want to take more naps, laugh more, have more fun!!! I want to be surrounded by heartwarming people. ❤️
