New Beginnings Growth in Action
We had a great call yesterday, here is my Growth In Action from our call: I trust the timing of my life. The things I am outgrowing: ~ Fear that I'm not good enough. ~ Imposter syndrome ~ Putting everyone else's needs before my own. If the past chapter of my life could speak it would say to me: "Dear Connie, you are loving and devoted mother. This fact will be true regardless of how old your children are or how many times you visit them in the year. Thank you for giving this chapter of your life so much love and attention. Now, it is your turn to flourish and thrive."

This was so nice to read- the words that jumped out to me are: flourish and thrive and enriched retirement!! ❤️

I just came on to go to the coffee chat and realized it was at 10 not 11. Oh bummer. I got the times mixed up! Looking forward to the next one!

Capsule Wardrobe dialogue with my chatbot.
So, I did a thing. I took the signature style workbook, answered all the questions and loaded it into my ChatGPT “Sage” (who knows a lot about me) and she gave me a list of what my wardrobe pieces should be. I was able to ask questions about (for example) this pattern of shirt (she said no), or these shoes, (she said yes), or this dress (she said it’s a bad look from the side), and really helped me narrow it down. I also loaded up my body type and how i feel in certain things, and we discussed what’s the best style for the comfort level I’m seeking. I also told her my favorite brands and she included pictures of what my ideal style is. Connie’s workbook gave me the exact foundation needed to fine tune the wardrobe shift. I may not have used it entirely as Connie intended but it was so fun!! If you haven’t watched that classroom Capsule Wardrobe unit- you SO should. ❤️

@Jessica Borum ooh - thank you for sharing and reminding me to work on this! I love how you brought in chat GPT and found your style. I just want to have @Connie Riet keep listing what she wears- because I love her style! Lol 😉🙌🤓
🌿 Tomorrow’s Live Coaching Call
I'm excited about our coaching call tomorrow. This topic is about those quiet transitions, when an old version of life no longer feels true, but the new one isn’t fully formed yet. This is for anyone who feels: “Something has changed in me, but I can’t name it yet.” or “My old life doesn’t quite fit, but I don’t know what’s next.” or “I’m in between who I was and who I’m becoming.” To prepare, take a few quiet minutes and reflect: - What feels different about me or my life lately? - What am I outgrowing, even if it once mattered deeply? - What questions, emotions, or confusion am I carrying into this season? Looking forward to being with you tomorrow 💛

Tiny Step🪴 Jan 16, 2026
Hello to our amazing women 💛 If you’re new here, each Friday we share one simple Tiny Step, something gentle, doable, and realistic, even on full days. These are small actions meant to create a little more peace and clarity right where you are. This week’s Tiny Step is a grounding practice designed to bring a sense of calm into your body in under a minute. It’s called 5-Sense Grounding. Whenever you remember today or this weekend, pause for a moment and gently name: 1 thing you can see 1 thing you can hear 1 thing you can feel 1 thing you can smell Then take 1 slow, intentional breath That’s it. Just coming back into the moment. I hope this brings you a small pocket of peace wherever you are today. 😊

Sitting on our 2 season sun porch wrapped in a big blanket watching the snowflakes fall. Hearing the wind whispering through the trees. And a dog barking somewhere outside Feeling the brisk coldness of the outside 10 degree F weather while holding Java - warm steamy mug of coffee in my hands. ❤️ and the smell of the cold brisk morning and coffee makes me happy!! Side note - I’m also smelling my dog who is sitting by me and realize she needs a bath.- haha 😂 Loved doing this exercise. My husband and I went out to a doctors appointment and then for a late lunch yesterday. One thing I noticed was how many people… Actually almost everyone was looking down on their cell phones. My husband and I were the only two actually conversing with each other. It was sad to see couples sitting at the same table on their phones, not looking or chatting with each other.😳

@Connie Riet yes and I can see how hard it can be for the majority of the population to put the phone down and be present. What did we all do before phones?!?!?🤓
