When I created this space, I chose the name Mind-Full Being because that’s exactly where I was — a mind full of thoughts, worries, responsibilities, caregiving, and constant “what’s next?” moments. But I’ve slowly been learning to shift… to become mindful, not just mind-full. This page is part of that journey.
