When I created this space, I chose the name Mind-Full Being because that’s exactly where I was — a mind full of thoughts, worries, responsibilities, caregiving, and constant “what’s next?” moments. But I’ve slowly been learning to shift… to become mindful, not just mind-full. This page is part of that journey. A place where we can: ~Share tips and tools ~Support one another ~Learn to pause, breathe, and actually be in the moment What helps you go from mind-full to mindful? A breathing technique? A walk? A quote? A moment of silence? I’d love to hear what works for you. Let’s walk this path together, with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. 💛

Yes, I think we said 5 hours ahead — and I’m flexible, so we’ll make it work. As for banding together… I vote elbow, but I’m open to a knee if it comes with good Wi-Fi 😄 Excited for what we can create together!
