17 members and growing… it’s time to come together for weekly Live Guided Meditation sessions! 💛
This will be a chance to meet and greet fellow members and experience a guided meditation as a community. The first session will be heart-centered, focusing on gratitude for our hearts and for those around us that we love and who love us.
The session will be approximately 1 hour:
- 🧘 30 minutes of guided meditation
- 💛 30 minutes meet and greet (come and go as you like!)
These sessions will help you: Release tension and stress- Boost your energy and focus- Feel grounded and centered. Connect with our community in a safe, uplifting space
