My 1M+ 2026 goal
- Successfully launch my platform
- Add all technical functionality by June, WIP, just slow due to part time employee working on it
- Create systems for referrals to reduce CAC
- Onboard close 50-60 vendors on the platform
- Provide a pre and post-trip customer experience that wins hearts of customers
I don't know if captured the challenge well but I feel like these are my big goals and I have plans to achieve them
