The metronome pushups were new to me and definitely presented a new challenge to overcome and adapt too. It's important to also manage your breathing and know the different gears to maximize diaphragmatic breathing and not burn out as quickly. Also if you're running form isn't adequate, start at a slower pace and work your way up. Today was my first time easing into a better, injury free run form and felt better than ever.
