Welcome to the Midlife Reset
Hi everyone, I’m Cynthia. I’m 55, post menopause, and like many women here, I had to figure a lot of this midlife stuff out the hard way. Hormones shift. Energy drops. Weight shows up out of nowhere. And suddenly the things that worked in our 30s stop working. At the same time, many of us are also realizing we want more freedom, more income options, and a different kind of life in the second half. This community is where we talk about all of it. Hormones Midlife weight changes Supplements and peptides Energy and metabolism And even how women our age are creating income online. That's right...age doesn't matter here! If you're new here, introduce yourself below and tell us: Where you're from What brought you here And what you're hoping to learn or change in this season of life. You're in the right place.

Cold Season
I've been sick for the first time in 2026 and we're in April. Dare I say I've been sicker so it's not that bad BUT...I'm congested, sweating and not having fun at all. 🤧 Sunshine is good. Loaded up on my Vitamin D/K2. Anyone else take that?

Real talk… what’s been the most frustrating part lately?
Let’s skip the generic stuff for a second. What’s actually been the most frustrating part for you lately? Not the “I should be doing better” answer…the real one. For me, it was hitting that point where I realized I couldn’t just wing it anymore. What used to work stopped working…and I had to actually pay attention to what my body needed instead of just pushing through it. That was a shift. Not a bad one—but definitely not something anyone prepared me for. I’m curious— Is it:• energy• weight• sleep• motivation• something else Drop it below. No fixing it yet. Just call it out.
