Cold Season
I've been sick for the first time in 2026 and we're in April. Dare I say I've been sicker so it's not that bad BUT...I'm congested, sweating and not having fun at all. 🤧 Sunshine is good. Loaded up on my Vitamin D/K2. Anyone else take that?

Real talk… what’s been the most frustrating part lately?
Let’s skip the generic stuff for a second. What’s actually been the most frustrating part for you lately? Not the “I should be doing better” answer…the real one. For me, it was hitting that point where I realized I couldn’t just wing it anymore. What used to work stopped working…and I had to actually pay attention to what my body needed instead of just pushing through it. That was a shift. Not a bad one—but definitely not something anyone prepared me for. I’m curious— Is it:• energy• weight• sleep• motivation• something else Drop it below. No fixing it yet. Just call it out.

Let’s get this group moving…
This group was created because women kept asking for a place to actually talk about this stuff… without feeling weird about it. So here we are. It’s new. It’s small. And honestly, that’s not a bad thing. It just means we get to build it the right way. If you’re here, don’t be shy. Share what brought you here. You never know who needs to hear your story…or who you might end up connecting with because of it. Here’s mine (short version): I hit a point where what I had always done just stopped working. I'm a 55 year old post menopause mom off 4. My energy wasn’t the same. My body wasn’t responding the same. And I felt like I was doing all the “right” things with nothing to show for it. So I started figuring it out. Not perfectly. Not overnight. But piece by piece—learning what actually works for this phase of life and other women wanted to know what I was doing, So, that’s really why this space exists! 🙂 Curious—what brought you here?

Lab Testing
I added a lab testing section in the classroom. If you feel like you’ve been guessing with your body, this is a good place to start. It's especially helpful and an affordable option for those without medical coverage. If you were to test anything right now, what would it be? I'll drop mine below in the comments.

Things That Helped Me Reset My Body in Midlife
When I first started dealing with midlife hormone changes, I realized pretty quickly that willpower wasn’t the problem. Our bodies change. Hormones drop. Metabolism shifts. Energy tanks. These are some of the things that helped me start feeling like myself again. Electrolytes Higher protein intake The importance of Nutrition Strength training & walking Learning about peptides and metabolic health Better sleep support Lab testing to understand what my body actually needed I’ve added the resources and tools I personally use inside the Resources section of the community. If you’re new here, that’s a great place to start. And if you’ve found something that helped YOU in midlife, share it below! We’re all learning together.
