What’s actually been the most frustrating part for you lately?
Not the “I should be doing better” answer…the real one.
For me, it was hitting that point where I realized I couldn’t just wing it anymore.
What used to work stopped working…and I had to actually pay attention to what my body needed instead of just pushing through it.
That was a shift.
Not a bad one—but definitely not something anyone prepared me for.
