Looking to learn more about iMTR
Hi I’m Donna. Looking to learn more about iMTR. I have two properties. One in Fort Myers Florida where I am looking to fill the gap in the Florida low season May to October or longer. Currently MTR rented but first availability will be May 1st 2027. Here is a video walk through. How much could I ask with a iMTR for this property during low season? It’s a 3 bed 2 bath with garage, water view, and all amenities in a country club gated community setting - community pool, pickleball, tennis free exercise classes,all utilities included. Thanks in advance for any feedback or advice.
Second property is a one bedroom with garage parking and tandem, walk to restaurants,bars , downtown, train to Boston located in Salem Massachusetts. Currently a long term rental but was considering iMTR.
