Hi, Folks! I received a notice today from LA County letting me know that Property Owners of units in Unincorporated LA County (ULA) must register and pay an annual registration fee by September 30 to avoid late fees. It also states that if I am not a "landlord" I can email them to be removed from their list.
I watched the video and it seems this process is set-up mainly for LTRs (long-term rentals). Wondering how this works for MTRs. Has anyone had to register? If so, can you share your experience below? Thanks!
