We just got the keys to two new Edmond, Oklahoma properties, and are already onsite starting the furnishing today. We’ve purchased 98% of everything and we’re currently at $16.3K per home!
This is for a 2,000 sq ft and 2,400 sq ft property. Huge value. Their hustle, attention to detail, and smart spending are the reason we’re coming in at such a low setup cost.
They offered to design and furnish both homes, and the work they’re doing is way beyond my expectations. Other design companies were budgeting $20k+ per home.
