Unable to Create a New Measure in Model View of SQL Endpoint

Have anyone faced similar issue of not able to create a New Measure. The "New Measure" Option is greyed out and the imported tables shows a triangle warning as shown in the below screenshots.

I have imported few CSV files into Lakehouse.
Next have converted them into Delta Tables and was able to query using SQL Endpoint
I have built a Data model by adding relationships between tables under Model View of SQL Endpoint
I wanted to create couple of measures so that I can use those measures in my Power BI Report in the next steps.
