Moving Semantic model from one workspace to other

Hi , I am trying to move a report and associated semantic model to another workspace and running into issues , every one suggests to download pbix and upload to new workspace but my pbix won't open in desktop , it complains about "Partition 'TableName' of table 'TableName' may not operate in Direct Lake mode" . When I upload the report to new workspace it still points to lakehouse in other workspace. I even tried using ALM toolkit to move the model no luck same result

Does any one have a solution for this issue
