Dynamic Notebook reference from the pipeline

I have a pipeline where the for each activity has notebook activity in it. I'm feeding the for each activity with notebook id's and so, when i run the pipeline - this notebook should be selected dynamically. It is throwing error as below:

Error Code: 2451

Failure type: User configuration issue

The Notebooks are empty and are sending msg: success
