Data factory vs data engineering synapse

So basically I just started the course (fabric is new to me, heard of it but never tried) but I have like small confusion , to import data we use data factory , but from my experience in the data factory where as I see it’s power query

So what is the difference between data warehouse and data factory ?

In my power bi experience , I used to do data cleaning and prepare the data in power query , and power query can connect to sql and many other data sources
