Sorry for the hiatus all! I hope those of you on the app have enjoyed continuing your 9D Breathwork practice in my absence and that those of you not on the app have found joy in the posted journeys in the Classroom section. I’m excited to announce that I finally completed all the requirements for my certification in June including a knowledge exam (100% grade), gathering testimonials, practice lab facilitation, and submitting a video/audio recorded session I facilitated. I am now listed inside the 9D App, which is just super cool. So thank you to those of you who have trusted me to hold space for you as we grow together. I’ll be updating the calendar soon with some more public sessions. In the meantime I’m always available for private journeys — on zoom or in-person. Sorry for the hiatus, friends! I’ve been recovering from knee surgery and my practice of 9D Breathwork has had to take a bit of a back seat as I adjusted to my rehabilitation schedule while still maintaining a pretty demanding workload. I’ve been enjoying 9D’s down regulation journeys and the 9D Nidra tracks while spending hours in compression massage sleeves or using my ice machine. I am diving back into this work and practice and just want to thank you for being here. I’d like to offer an online journey for anyone in this community who’s wanting to try a zoom session from the comfort of your own home. More details to come soon.
