I have been deeply embedded in the personal development space for years, but now I’ve gone all the way down the rabbit hole from Breathwork as a biohack to quantum mechanics. This has grown beyond my interest in somatic therapy to improve my physical health, but now my understanding of human consciousness is expanding. I haven’t finished Dr. Joe Dispenza’s book Becoming Supernatural yet — I got it on audiobook and don’t love the narration (it isn’t the author). I think I’ll have to get the actual book and read it, but here are some of his thoughts and his work presented in the Diary of a CEO podcast.
