Day 3 - 21 day challenge
Default Parent/Caretaker audit—write who moves first each interruption for 3 things
Son wakes up in the middle of the night: Rose wakes up sooner then I is more attuned (or I more zoned out). When he sits upright I take him out and cradle him back to sleep.
When snacks need to be made, Rose does this.
When new cloths are needed, rose is the one searching for them online. I only validate and often agree, then pay with my bank app when all is done.
