An "eye-opening" article Under SB 58, authored by Senator Scott Wiener, D-San Francisco, a limited set of naturally occurring psychedelics with high safety profiles including psilocybin/psilocin (mushrooms), Dimethyltryptamine ("DMT"), and mescaline (excluding peyote) would be decriminalized. SB 58 would also trigger a regulatory process to craft policy proposals for group therapeutic use of psychedelics, as compounds such as psilocybin have demonstrated potential use as effective therapies for hard-to-treat cases of addiction, depression, and end-of-life anxiety. This is a common question that WE receive here at the start of someone's microdosing journey: I'm dealing with pain along with depression and anxiety (even exhaustion, more anxiousness etc). I've taken my first "X amount" of doses of Minds Eye, and I seem to be feeling even worse. Do any of you experience this? β A REPLY: Hey there, fellow friends, Embarking on a journey with Minds Eye? It's a transformative experience, not a quick fix. Much like the complex tapestry of our universe, our minds weave intricate narratives. ποΈ Sometimes, starting a microdosing regimen might seem like stirring the waters, making them murkier before they clear. Remember, this isn't about instant gratification. π΅βπ« Here is a more in-depth VIDEO based on this common inquiry: https://www.loom.com/share/90af623c8fdd4d9fb6ab988774282c16?sid=814463b8-aac0-4232-a260-d5908484ee86 It's about diving deep, confronting the shadows, and emerging with more awareness than you had prior to the start of your practice. Like any profound journey, you might face challenging terrains before reaching the summit. π Stick with it, explore these new terrains of heightened awareness, and allow the transformative power of microdosing to offer new perspectives on old pains. The journey is just as crucial as the destination. β°οΈ Keep exploring. In the cosmic tapestry of psychedelics, there seems to be a perpetual dance between the ego and our higher consciousness. ποΈ Being "free" of Ego -vs-Ego Death: We discussed the subtle but crucial distinction between ego dissolution and what the community often labels as "ego death." Ah, "ego death," that overused term echoing in the corridors of psychedelic revelations. You see, to be free from the shackles of ego is a liberating experience, a state of pure consciousness. However, the idea of an "ego death" can sometimes cloud this understanding, creating a mystical conundrum rather than a genuine, transcendental experience. ποΈ Ketamine -vs-psilocybin: Now, as we traverse the biochemical realm, we find the intricate play of ketamine working on the glutamate receptors. It contrasts starkly with microdosing psilocybin, which delicately dances with our serotonin receptors. Both offer different gateways and perspectives, illuminating the neural pathways of our mind. ποΈ Being In THE Medicine: But my friends, to "be in the medicine," that's the secret key to ensuring we aren't merely spiritually bypassing our human experience. It's about fully immersing oneself, feeling the rhythms, pulses, and the silent whispers of the medicine. Speaking of whispers, every plant medicine, with its vibrant energy, holds a spirit. Just as we resonate with certain frequencies in life, finding that plant medicine that harmoniously aligns with your spirit's cadence is paramount. It's like a cosmic dance partner, awaiting your synchronicity. ποΈ Combining Microdosing and therapies: When we talk about therapy, the amalgamation of microdosing with potent modalities like EMDR can be profoundly transformative. It's like mixing the old shamanic rhythms with the modern therapeutic beats, creating a symphony of healing. ποΈ Microdosing is a thing, to get YOU to the thing, and that thing is YOU: But remember, while microdosing offers a key to a door, it's not the entire path. As with any journey, it's not just about the key, but the steps you take beyond the door. In other words, microdosing doesn't have to work; you, the cosmic traveler, have to work. The universe offers tools, but the artwork, that masterpiece of self, is yours to craft.

Hello Everyone, I just began this journey, waiting on the medicine to arrive, so I'm in the preparation phase. What brings me here is a desire to move past my mental and physical struggles with PTSD, Graves disease, and fibromyalgia. Mainly I'm hoping this will be an excellent addition to the weekly therapy I am already receiving. I just received my BSc in Integrative Health Sciences with aromatherapy and herbalism specializations and have been on this journey of healing for as long as I can remember. I'm ready to be whole again. To get back to who I was meant to be. To play music and dance and sing : ) I look forward to this journey with all of you.

Had some very weird dreams last night. They had been getting better in that violence or gore but last night they swooped back. It was my second night of being off. Glad today was a on day canes I was a little freaked out this morning and I felt odd. Then I felt better after my getting my on day. I really feel Iβm close and I really canβt go out in public so I donβt. Been working on this for years. Hoping this is a answer. I have noticed the feeling a lot calmer. Keeping the faith.

In our microdosing journey, it is NOT always bliss. There is a range of emotions, including anger, in our healing journey that cannot be overlooked. This was the topic of exploration in this week's integration meeting. When it is applied to trauma, there is a transformative power of utilizing certain emotions, such as anger, as a catalyst for healing. Drawing inspiration from the teachings of esteemed psychologist and author, Gabor MatΓ©, I invite you to explore the non-duality of our world and the significance of accepting the existence of both beauty and evil. While it is natural to be repelled by the darkness and evilness that can pervade our world, our inner peace and healing do not lie in the mere eradication of external negativity. Instead, true transformation arises when we learn to accept the world as it is, embracing its paradoxical nature. By shifting our focus inward, we can embark on a journey of self-reflection, thereby contributing to the healing of our ancestors and the dynamics within our present field of awareness. This is CHANGE ποΈ Within the framework of microdosing, the controlled and intentional use of psychedelics, anger can be harnessed as a powerful force for positive change. By channeling our anger constructively and avoiding harm to ourselves or others, we tap into the transformative potential of this intense emotion. When held in conscious awareness, anger can unveil deep-seated wounds, injustices, and unresolved traumas, offering an opportunity for healing and personal evolution. This is CHANGE ποΈ We come to understand that our healing journey is intricately connected to our ability to cultivate self-compassion, empathy, and an authentic sense of responsibility. By acknowledging and healing our pain, we contribute to breaking the intergenerational cycles of suffering that have been passed down through our lineage. This is CHANGE ποΈ This profound work not only brings personal liberation but also fosters healthier family dynamics and ultimately contributes to the collective healing of humanity.

Greetings my fellow humans! I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th Of July holiday week. Welcome back @George Siffri ! Tonight, during our session, we delved into the topic of the inner critic and explored how self-judgment arises when we lack awareness of our thoughts ποΈ The practice of microdosing offers a valuable tool to observe our thoughts, perceptions, and emotions with greater clarity. By enhancing our awareness, we can recognize the transient and arbitrary nature of thought. In truth, thought is a construct of the human mind and lacks inherent reality. This realization prompts us to question: what is truly real π By embracing the understanding that our thoughts are merely products of conditioning, social constructs, and personal biases that often shape our experiences and judgments without us even being fully conscious of them ποΈ However, through the practice of mindfulness and microdosing (aka M & M~!) we can cultivate a heightened level of awareness π Microdosing, provides an opportunity to observe the mind and its processes from a different perspective. It allows us to step back and witness the flow of thoughts without attachment or identification. This vantage point enables us to recognize the impermanence and illusory nature of thoughts, freeing us from the grip of self-judgment ποΈ By sharpening our awareness through microdosing and mindfulness practices, we gain insight into the arbitrary nature of our thoughts. We begin to understand that thoughts are merely mental constructs, influenced by our past experiences, societal conditioning, and cultural narratives. They do not inherently define who we are or the nature of reality. I REPEAT, they do not inherently define who we are or the nature of reality π In this exploration, we open ourselves to a more expansive understanding of existence. We start questioning the nature of reality itself and the boundaries of our perception. Terance McKenna, known for his insightful perspectives on consciousness and altered states, invites us to contemplate the limitations of our ordinary perception and consider the possibility of a more profound and interconnected reality beyond the constructs of thought ποΈ

Let me ask you something personal - what does anxiety feel like for you? I know it can be tough to share your innermost thoughts with those around you. Despite the progress made around mental health, there's still a lingering stigma that can make us feel "less than" or misunderstood. It's frustrating, right?π€ But here's what I want you to know - you are not alone. I've been there too, and I know first hand how isolating and debilitating anxiety can be. I remember feeling like I was in a constant fog, unable to fully articulate my thoughts or feelings. My brain was always creating problems that didn't even exist, and I was convinced that everything I did would turn out badly. But here's the thing - it doesn't have to be this way. You don't have to suffer in silence or let anxiety control your life.π― That's where microdosing comes in. Microdosing, combined with practices like meditation, nature walks, and a healthy diet, can help kick anxiety to the curb and bring more peace and calm into your life.π The bottom line is this - if you're tired of feeling anxious and want to take control of your mental health, microdosing may be the answer you've been looking for. It's time to break free from the cycle of negative thinking and start living your life to the fullest. You deserve it.π

During this week's community gathering meeting, we delved into the art of decluttering as a transformative practice. We explored how decluttering goes beyond simply getting rid of physical items and extends into releasing emotional baggage that we have been carrying π Drawing parallels to the practice of microdosing, we acknowledged the opportunity to delve deeper into our emotions, shining a light on neglected core wounds for healing and transformation. As one member beautifully expressed, it's like dusting off those core wounds and allowing them to bask in the shining light π The profound words of Thich Nhat Hanh resonated with us, emphasizing the power of awareness in transformation. Like the sun, wherever we direct our awareness, we hold the ability to create profound shifts in our lives ποΈ On a personal note, I have been actively engaging in decluttering by discarding one item per day from my home over the past two weeks. This physical act serves as a reminder to evaluate what I can release from my conscience as well. It prompts me to reflect on emotional attachments and beliefs that no longer serve me, allowing space for growth and liberation ποΈ In our discussion, we dedicated attention to a thought-provoking quote that shed light on the connection between anxiety and compassion. We explored how anxiety can manifest as a disguised form of compassion, often catching us off guard ποΈ The quote by Andrew Boyd emphasized that compassion, while deeply meaningful, can also be challenging. Feeling connected to everything, we bear a sense of responsibility for the world and its challenges. We cannot turn away from suffering and must find the strength to carry the weight of the universe. It calls us to grow strong enough to love the world while maintaining an empty space within us to confront its worst horrors βοΈ The meeting provided us with valuable insights into the power of decluttering, the practice of microdosing, and the delicate dance between anxiety and compassion π

Monday share: Microdosing arguably relies on a phenotype, a collaborative dance between yourself, your environment and the medicine. This must be observed holistically in order to determine its secrets π For it is out in the real and messy world where microdosing works its wonders β a world rife with confounding variables π Learning to listen to our bodies and gain a greater control over it is the goal of combining microdosing with mindfulness π
