Healthy Recipe Ideas #15: Bacon Wrapped Chicken Poppers
If you’re looking for a lunch that’s easy to make and full of flavor, Bacon Wrapped Chicken Poppers are a great choice.
Ingredients:
2 oz. chicken breast (1/4 of an 8 oz. breast)
2 slices of bacon
1 Tbs of crushed garlic
1 tsp avocado oil
Directions:
1. Preaheat oven to 400°F and cover tray with tin foil
2. Cut chicken into small bite sized pieces
3. Mix garlic and avocado oil
4. Cover the chicken in garlic mixture and wrap in bacon
5. Place chicken on tray and bake for about 25 minutes until the bacon is crisp; flip the pieces about halfway through
Simple ingredients, great taste, and perfect with a side of vegetables!
