Can't Manage What You Don't Measure
I was talking with a few of our Playmakers on Monday, and they were slightly frustrated as their sales had dropped and they didn't get as many paid speaking engagements as they hoped for in January.
I asked the simple question... have you asked anyone if you could speak or if they wanted to buy your services? And have you been working on your business every day?
They smirked, and all responded the same... well, I could be doing more. LOL. Couldn't we all? I mean, could we do more to help our businesses get some exposure until they become household names?
I've always said, " YOU CANNOT MANAGE WHAT YOU DO NOT MEASURE."
DID YOU KNOW? You can manage your activity here in our SKOOL group, not just by the little number by your profile photo. That is a way to measure your likes by others, but not to measure your activity.
1) Click the PROFILE PHOTO of you at the top right
2) Find the Green. The darker the green, the more active you've been
3) View under your profile how many contributions you have made
