Building a team

As I am continuing to help a few new wholesalers in the community I wanted to go over how to build a team. I have been asked how do I know which attorney to use or which realtors are willing to work with wholesalers and it’s simple get out there and network. Join the other facebooks groups and ask questions like who can recommend a good investor friendly attorney. Go ahead and get your team together now. Find an attorney or title company introduce yourself and ask if there is anything you will need to get started closing deals with them. Have them look over your contracts to make sure it’s acceptable. Find investor friendly realtors because they have a massive buyers list they can expose you too. Partner with other wholesalers make sure you protect yourself with that I’ve had wholesalers run off with the whole bag when partnering so make sure you are on that contract. Networking and getting your name out there will put you in rooms with people that can give you a little bit more insight on how to do this business in your market….
