What’s one thing in your business that didn’t work the way you expected this year? Could be follow-up, leads, ads, CRM, website, or just consistency. Sometimes saying it out loud helps, and others here might be dealing with the same thing.
@Heaven Wright I think I pay $125 for a triple line dialer, and $5 for a phone number. It cost a lot but it’s worth it. Mojo has an app so you don’t need to sit on a computer to make calls.
So I got discouraged because some deals fell through I got sellers to agree to my price but had an issue finding cash buyers. If anyone can share any tips that can help me on my journey as I get back to it I would appreciate it.
It’s better to JV until you can get your own buyers list, but if you’re having buyers back out it’s usually your numbers are too high and could be an area that’s not a big enough market. My question is did the buyers tell you why they backed out?
What service are you using to identify known Litigators to scrub out of your list for cold calling? Whether built into your phone system/dialer or connected via API or Zapier connection or manually. Please share what has worked best. Thank you.
