Onboarding is one of the most important parts of the product. It sets the tone, builds trust, and gives users early momentum. We will move the intros of the product, and first week to a video-centric experience. The goal of the videos is to share empathy, build trust and connection, and give users clarity and energy. Each day of the first week will include one short video and one exercise. The videos will offer encouragement, quick wisdom, and a clear sense of what they can gain from investing time into a mental practice. For the first 7 days, the exercise will be a personalized Kobe 10. One third breathwork, one third I AM statements, and one third visualization. A Kobe 10 can deliver a real state change and shows how Mastery blends modalities in a way that feels personal and powerful. How does this land? Any ideas on how we can elevate onboarding?
