Good morning from the skies ✈️

As I make my way up to the Pacific Northwest, I’ve been reflecting on the gratitude I feel for this community and for each of you committed to the path of transformation, remembrance and self-mastery.

Last night’s healing session was a powerful reminder of what becomes possible when we gather with intention, open our hearts and allow ourselves to be fully seen.

There is a kind of healing that can only happen in these group settings. When one person finds the courage to open, it gives everyone else permission to meet themselves more honestly and authentically.

This is the magic of joining these live calls. You can read the teachings, listen to the podcasts and understand the concepts intellectually, but there is something entirely different about entering the space and experiencing this somatic work in real time.

Thank you to everyone who showed up last night with such openness, courage and willingness. Your presence contributes to the healing of this entire community.
