Welcome. If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve realized something most people haven’t: Getting older and declining are not the same thing. Society spends a lot of time preparing us financially for retirement. Very little time preparing us physically, mentally, emotionally, and competitively for the decades that follow. That’s why this community exists. I’m Rob Davis. I’m 63 years old. I’m a husband, father, grandfather, entrepreneur, and lifelong competitor. Today I’m pursuing qualification for the HYROX World Championships, not because I believe everyone should race HYROX, but because I believe challenge, growth, and capability should never have an expiration date. Masters on the Grid was created to document and explore a simple question: What is possible when experience and discipline continue to compound after 50? This community is not a coaching program. It’s not a fitness challenge. It’s not a motivation group. It’s a roundtable. A place for athletes, executives, entrepreneurs, physicians, coaches, competitors, and lifelong learners who are still building, competing, leading, and refusing to coast. Here we’ll discuss: - Performance - Recovery - Longevity - Competition - Purpose - Leadership - Identity - The realities of pursuing meaningful goals in the second half of life Start Here Please introduce yourself and tell us: Name: Age: Location: Current pursuit or challenge: What brought you here: What are you working toward over the next 12 months: There are no spectators in this room. Only participants. Welcome to the Roundtable. Experience. Discipline. Purpose. Capability. — Rob DavisFounder, Masters on the GridAge 63 and still pursuing what’s next.
