Vision? Mission? Mindset?
Hi everyone, before going any further, do you set aside some time to develop your own vision for your next projects and like... maybe some kind of mission statement? Mindset? Do you mind sharing yours?
Here's my worksheet to develop mine....
Vision as the destination. Where am I going? Why does it matter?
Mission as the actionable plan (specific, measurable, time bound). What am I doing to get there?
Mindset as the fuel for actions. What I am thinking while I do it?
Vision is the mountain peak I’m climbing toward.
Mission is the path mapped to get there.
Mindset is the voice in my head when the climb gets steep.
Without vision, I’ll easily lose motivation because I forget why I'm even doing the work.
Without mission, I’ll feel overwhelmed and not know what to do next in my DAW.
Without mindset, perfectionism or self-doubt will stall me, no matter how clear my plan is.
