Panning question when bouncing the final mix

Hey, guys. When bouncing the final mix, how do you get the panning to sound the same in each speaker? I barely pan. The only panning I use is for my percussion instruments and even then I do it very subtley. When I put on headphones, the volume of each side is the same. Before I got serious about mixing, I panned and noticed the difference in volume in the way I had my tracks panned. When I started takinh mixing seriously, I use width to space stuff out except for percussion instruments that clash, i.e. hi hat/tambourine/shaker or bongos/congas. I'm on Reason right now and everything is analog, so there's no double clicking and deleting the (-) sign or adding it to do pocket EQ. I'm going to have to turn each knob manually. This could take like a week. I have 39 tracks in this beat. Is there a way to pan but still have everything at the same volume when I fo my final mix while keeping it stereo?
