FL Studio Plugins disabled by Audacity
Hi
To follow along with Mastering.com, I installed FL Studio as my new preferred DAW on a fresh machine.
Hoping to pull up some old projects, I then installed Audactity which threw up a message that some "incompatible" plugins had been disabled:-
FLStudio VSTi
FLStudio VSTi (Multi)
Youlean Loudness Meter 2 (the VST & VST3 Formats)
These seem to have components in ..Program Files\Common Files\VST2 and ~\VST3
I uninstalled Adacity and, in FLStudio's plugin Manager, found these plugins to have several of their properties changed to "?"
Changing property Effect/Synths to "Effect" caused property status to change to "ok"
I am pretty new to DAWs and plugins so my question is: will that do?
I assume the FLStudio plugins could have their Vendor property changed from blank to "Image-Line" if that's important
Hope someone can help
