Happy Tuesday everyone. I wanted to share with you guys that I will be adding a 2 week pre season tune up strength and conditioning program in the classroom page. I see a lot of athletes not knowing how to train during a break such as thanksgiving or Christmas and sometimes they won’t even train at all leading to limited progress. Hope you enjoy!
