One thing that puts a lot of people off training: 👉 Feeling like they need to “keep up” With younger people With fitter people With more experienced people You don’t. The best approach is: 👉 Train at your level 👉 Build gradually 👉 Focus on your own progress That’s how you actually stick with it.
