Need help fixing my marriage

Hi mark been nearly 6 months now my wife & me haven’t spoken much.

for the first 3 to 4 months as I was throwing everything in that caused more. arguments PANIC.HEARTBREAK that made it worse has I have learnt through you previously the last nearly 2 months it’s been like her & my mother in law has been given me the silent treatment we moved my mother in law in with us in 2021 we lost my farther in law in 2017

my wife said to me Monday she had a mediation zoom call they will be in touch with me I got the call earlier this evening were me & my wife haven’t really spoken about the situation the house has been valued twice now but hasn’t been put on the market I thought I was doing well for the last couple or so weeks then this I have never experienced this before I just need if any one has any guidance on this if they have had experience this kind regards terry
