Most businesses don’t fail because their product isn’t good.
They fail because they:
1️⃣ Don’t know their audience well enough.
2️⃣ Don’t track the right numbers.
3️⃣ Give up testing too early.
Here’s the formula that actually works:
Audience → Speak to ONE type of person, not everyone.
Data → Track 2–3 metrics that move the needle (cost per lead, ROAS, or conversion rate).
Testing → Change ONE variable at a time (headline, creative, or CTA).
When you get those 3 right, you don’t need luck; you need consistency.
