Stop Trying To Focus For Hours. Do This Instead.
GUYS LOOK! , if you're struggling with executive dysfunction, stop trying to grind for hours straight. It doesn't work! I started using "Sprint Cycles" instead of forcing high intensity work, and it completely changed the game for me. Here’s the solution: - Pick One Target: Single task only. No tab switching. - The Sprint: Set a timer for 25, 30 minutes and execute. - The Constraint: Phone in the other room, zero distractions. Just hold focus until the timer expires. - The Reset: Take a strict 5 minute break. Walk away, grab water, move around. - Repeat: Knock out 4 rounds, then take a full 15, 30 minute break to reset your brain. WHY IT WORKS: It creates artificial urgency. Knowing you only have to lock in for 25 minutes kills the friction that causes procrastination. When you want to quit mid sprint, just tell yourself: "I only have to hold on for 10 more minutes." Try it out and let me know how it's working for you guys, I look forward to hearing about your progress soon! 💪🏻

HOW TO CURE ADHD AND AUTISM [PART 1]
GUYS! AFTER A LONG TIME DOING RESEARCH I FOUND OUT THAT ADHD AND AUTISM ARE LINKED TO HEAVY METAL TOXINS IN FOOD, NOT JUST THAT BUT THESE TOXINS CREATE BUT MORE ILLNESSES. THE WAY WE CAN CURE IT IS BY DETOXING OUR BODY. THROUGHOUT THE YEARS HUMANS HAVE BEEN CONSUMING HEAVY METAL TOXINS VIA FOOD, CHEMTRAILS [AIRPLANES ON THE SKY RELEASING TOXINS] ASIDE FROM THAT, SOUND FREQUENCIES CAN HELP US OUT IN A BIG WAY, THERE ARE MORE TO THIS BUT I WILL KEEP DOING MORE RESEARCH. THERE IS A REASON WHY THEY KEEP REAL MEDICATION HIDDEN FROM US, SO WE DON'T GET HEALTHY, OTHERWISE THEIR PHARMA BUSINESS WOULD FALL! I WILL BE POSTING MORE SOON, SO STAY TUNED! HOW TO CURE ADHD AND AUTISM [PART 1]
NEW RESEARCH 🔬✈️🧠
Guys, after a long research I have found something... ADHD and Autism is not a "GENE" and it's not also found on the DNA... That means that we get it from our environment since we are kids, that includes the food that we eat and the way this one is "poisoned". The ingredients that we eat makes us sick, especially in the U.S. and going through this as kids it affects our brains when growing up. Also, but not least... the chemicals that they spray on the sky with airplanes they affect our brain and body with heavy metal toxins they dump called "Chemtrails". I have found a very effective solution how to cure this and get better, but of course, that would be another post. Until then... STAY STRONG! DO NOT TAKE EXTRA SHOTS OR VACCINES! @Alenka Poredos @Alexa Leitner @Amanda Kirk @Amanda Mcwilliams @Andrea Hodes @Anne Jackson @Anthony Lenzo @Bhavana Gowda @Bree Wood @Aramide Kimmy B @Dru Beattie @Carrie Elsen @Charity Perschbacher @Christina Camargo @Christopher Rojas @Steve Cobble @Tirza Cook @Dionisis Papadopoulos @Dru Beattie @Laura Dirksen @Shriram Deenadayalu @Carrie Elsen @Favio Palacios @Magdalena Garza @Houssem Saad @Julia Ortega @Julian Smith @Linda Suter @Lindsay Mitchell @Alexa Leitner @K Ln @Manuel Morris @Nicole Olson @Temiloluwa Omiwade @Yvonne Akinyi Odhiambo @Volodymyr Wnd

⚔️How to Actually Rewire Your Brain (And Change Your Life)🧠
For a long time, scientists thought adult brains were stuck in their ways Now we know about "neuroplasticity", your brain’s ability to rewire itself Every time you practice a new habit or skill, your brain builds stronger pathways for it, while old habits slowly fade away Instead of asking, "Why can't I change?", ask: "What new habits do I want to build?" Real change takes time and daily repetition, but your brain is fully capable of learning better ways to think, feel, and act. You just have to feed it the right inputs consistently Drop a comment below with ONE habit you’re working on building this week

ADHD relationships crumble. Here is what to do 🧠
When two ADHD minds (or an ADHD + neurotypical partner) try to run a relationship on "vibes" and willpower alone... it’s a recipe for burnout One person forgets a critical chore. The other feels neglected. Overthinking kicks in, executive dysfunction paralyzes action, and suddenly you’re in a guilt-and-shame loop over something that could’ve been solved in 3 minutes Here’s the hard truth: Love isn’t what keeps an ADHD relationship thriving. Structure is When you don't externalize your lives with clear systems, your brain relies on memory and emotional bandwidth, two things ADHD eats for breakfast The 1% Daily Progress Solution 📈 Stop trying to fix everything in one weekend. You don't need a total life overhaul. You need micro habits that compound over time, and that's what I taught you guys before: - Externalize Everything: Stop saying "I'll remember." If it’s not on a shared board, calendar, or Notion workflow, it doesn't exist The 5 Minute Daily Sync: Every night, ask two simple questions: - What went right today? - What’s the single main priority for tomorrow? System Over Emotion: When something gets missed, blame the system, not your partner. Ask "What structure failed here?" instead of "Why didn't you care enough to do it?" 💡 Note: I’m expanding our content way beyond just the "mind" we’ll be covering how ADHD impacts every aspect of real life. Dedicated relationship modules content like this will be available exclusively for VIP members in the future. @Alenka Poredos @Alexa Leitner @Amanda Kirk @Amanda Mcwilliams @Anthony Lenzo @Aramide Kimmy B @Bhavana Gowda @Bree Wood @Aramide Kimmy B @Paul Cullen @Dionisis Papadopoulos @Laura Dirksen @Shriram Deenadayalu @Favio Palacios @Houssem Saad @Julia Ortega @Julian Smith @Linda Suter @Lindsay Mitchell @K Ln @Manuel Morris @Temiloluwa Omiwade @Paolo Pagella @Ruth Gutierrez @Tanya Rodrigues @Volodymyr Wnd @Christopher Rojas
