📊 Stop the Drama, Start the Data (Weekly Audit)
We have a rule in this community: Data over drama When you miss a day, when you fall off the wagon, or when the system feels like it is failing, do not make it about your character. Do not make it about your motivation. Make it about the system If you aren't hitting your goals, there is a "glitch" in the environment or the process The 10-Minute Audit: I’ve attached a simple 10 minute workbook below. Once a week, sit down with your Win Tracker, fill this out, and find the glitch - Did the "Starting Tax" feel too high? - Was your "Wall of Wins" out of sight? - Did you forget to "Reset to Zero" on Tuesday night? Don't fix yourself. Fix the system. Download the workbook, fill it out, and drop a comment below with one small pivot you are making for next week

🧠 Design your Dopamine Menu (Stop accidental scrolling!)
We often fall into "doom scrolling" or procrastination not because we are lazy, but because our brain is bored and looking for stimulation. If you don't feed your brain intentionally, it will find its own (often unhelpful) sources A Dopamine Menu is your plan for how to feed your brain effectively How it works: - Appetizers: Low-effort, quick-win activities to break a freeze state or recharge - Mains: High-focus, high-reward activities for your deep work sessions I’ve attached a template below. Print it out or save it to your phone. Spend 5 minutes today filling in the "Create Your Own" section with activities you actually enjoy Post a photo or a list of your best "Appetizers" in the comments below. Let's build a library of healthy dopamine triggers together.

🚨 BREAK GLASS IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
"Feeling frozen? Overwhelmed? Like you can’t get a single thing done? Stop trying to force a full day of work. You are currently hitting a 'Starting Tax' that is too high When everything goes wrong, don't quit, invoke Emergency Mode I’ve attached the Protocol Sheet below. Download it, save it to your phone, or print it out. Its only purpose is to help you do the absolute minimum (1%) to keep your habit wire hot until the fog clears Keep this handy for when your brain feels like it’s stalling
