EVERYONE WRITE YOUR PROGRESS HERE!
You’ve finished the modules. Now, run the test. ADHD brains thrive on immediate feedback, but we drift if we don’t close the loop. If you want this to actually stick, you need to log your experiment now, while the info is still fresh LOG YOUR DATA BELOW: - What specific task did you run this on? - Which technique from this video did you use? - Did your focus lock in? (Yes/No/Partial) - Where did your brain wander? (Be specific—this is the bug we need to fix.) [MISSION]: We are building a library of what works for our specific brain types. When you post your data, you’re helping the whole community debug their systems Don’t overthink the report. Just post it. Let’s get to work

EVERYONE WRITE YOUR PROGRESS HERE!
[START HERE] The "Making Progress" Operational Manual
You’re here because you’re tired of the "restart" cycle. You’re tired of the overthinking, the self sabotage, and the constant feeling that you should be further ahead than you are I’m here to tell you: You aren't broken. You’ve just been using the wrong operating system. This community is the "Ops Room" for high frequency minds. We don't do "productivity hacks"we do behavioral engineering. We build systems that work with your brain, not against it Your First Three Orders: 1. Download my book "Start Anyway" Read Chapter 1 today. Don't worry about the rest yet 2. Lock In Your Identity: We don't focus on outcomes; we focus on identity. Exit this post, head to the comments below, and drop your Identity Statement. Example: "I am someone who starts, even when it's messy." By posting this, you have officially cast your first vote for your new identity 3. Get The Blueprint & Your Audit: - Check the Classroom tab. I’ve uploaded the Identity Shift module. Watch it. Apply it. - Ready to stop reading and start implementing? If you've gone through the first module, book your 20-minute System Audit here: https://calendly.com/james-von-eisenfaust/30min The goal is simple: Don't be perfect. Just be consistent. Welcome to the room. Now, let’s get to work!

📊 Stop the Drama, Start the Data (Weekly Audit)
We have a rule in this community: Data over drama When you miss a day, when you fall off the wagon, or when the system feels like it is failing, do not make it about your character. Do not make it about your motivation. Make it about the system If you aren't hitting your goals, there is a "glitch" in the environment or the process The 10-Minute Audit: I’ve attached a simple 10 minute workbook below. Once a week, sit down with your Win Tracker, fill this out, and find the glitch - Did the "Starting Tax" feel too high? - Was your "Wall of Wins" out of sight? - Did you forget to "Reset to Zero" on Tuesday night? Don't fix yourself. Fix the system. Download the workbook, fill it out, and drop a comment below with one small pivot you are making for next week

🧠 Design your Dopamine Menu (Stop accidental scrolling!)
We often fall into "doom scrolling" or procrastination not because we are lazy, but because our brain is bored and looking for stimulation. If you don't feed your brain intentionally, it will find its own (often unhelpful) sources A Dopamine Menu is your plan for how to feed your brain effectively How it works: - Appetizers: Low-effort, quick-win activities to break a freeze state or recharge - Mains: High-focus, high-reward activities for your deep work sessions I’ve attached a template below. Print it out or save it to your phone. Spend 5 minutes today filling in the "Create Your Own" section with activities you actually enjoy Post a photo or a list of your best "Appetizers" in the comments below. Let's build a library of healthy dopamine triggers together.

The 5 Minute "Reset to Zero" (Setup for Success)
"The hardest part of any day is starting. The easiest way to start is by having your stage pre-set the night before. This 5 minute checklist isn't about cleaning it's about eliminating the 'Starting Tax' for your future self. I've attached the 'Reset to Zero' checklist below. Print it out or keep it on your device and run through it every single night. If you do this, you’ll wake up tomorrow knowing exactly what your first move is, with zero friction standing in your way Who’s committing to the reset tonight?"
