When I started this challenge, I had nothing.

No audience, no traffic, no clue what I was doing, just an idea and a stubborn little spark.

Fast forward to now?

🔥 100% cold traffic, no list, no followers, just doing the damn thing

This has been a massive shift for me. My background’s in weddings and website design, but now I’m building a space for midlife women and carers (like me) who are tired of always holding it all together, and just need somewhere real, kind and calm to land.

This challenge forced me to stop planning and perfecting and actually start.

Now The U Crew is live, growing, and officially a paid community ($9/month) that’s already changing lives...including mine.
