Still waking up slowly. 😴🛏️🌫️ 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM Getting fresh, brushing, saltwater gargling, drank warm water, went to roof for sunlight, cleaned room, Zuhr prayer. Stayed anchored to the routine. ✨🌞🕌 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM Working on creating a meal and diet plan for my weight goals, watching videos for meal prep on YouTube, Asr prayer. Productive and learning mode. 📚🍽️🎯 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM First meal (3 egg omelette + one and a half paratha), Omega 3, watching a YouTube video, took a short nap. Fueled up and recharged. 🍳😊💤 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM Back to work, writing and publishing articles. Focused and getting things done. ✍️💻🔥 9:30 PM to 10:20 PM Out for some house errands, family time. Needed the break, felt refreshed. 🏠❤️🚶 10:20 PM to 12:00 AM Back to work, publishing articles, outsourcing some of the work. Grinding through the tasks. 📝💪✅ 12:00 AM to 12:15 AM Writing journal and checking off things from to-do list. Feeling organised and on track. 📓✔️🌟 12:15 AM to 3:35 AM Writing thoughts and journaling, food (vegetable rice + raita), watched YouTube with food, creating project on Upwork, designing thumbnail, listening to Formula of Rizq first lecture, Isha prayer, warmed and drank milk, updating journal. Long productive session, covered a lot. 🍚🎨🕌 💪 Workout Routine No workout today (resting shoulder injury for recovery).
