Freedom zyada hoti hai aur apni marzi se kaam choose kar sakta hai. - Employment: Employee ko company ke rules aur policies follow karni padti hain. Independence limited hoti hai aur decision-making management ke control mein hoti hai. 2. Income Stability & Satisfaction - Freelancing: Income fluctuate karti hai, kabhi zyada projects aur kabhi bilkul kam. Risk high hota hai, lekin kabhi kabhi satisfaction zyada hoti hai. - Employment: Ek fixed salary hoti hai jo stability provide karti hai. Benefits bhi milte hain, lekin satisfaction kabhi kam hoti hai kyunki growth limited hoti hai. 3. Workload & Multitasking - Freelancing: Har cheez khud manage karni hoti hai – client handling, marketing, accounting aur task management. Assalamu Alaikum everyone, InshaAllah, aaj hum apni website live karne ja rahe hain.Aaj ka primary focus landing page finalize karna aur Instagram & Facebook ke liye launch video complete karna hai. Video finalize hote hi, InshaAllah launch karke uska link yahan share kar dunga. Kal se hum phir se regular tasks par full focus ke saath lag jaayenge. Alhamdulillah, Allah ne March tak ka kaam pehle hi ata farma diya hai. Bas dua hai ke Allah humein waqt par saare tasks complete karne ki taufeeq de. March tak lagbhag 55 products aur 300+ SKUs client ke liye launch karne hain. Yaqeen hai ke Allah hi har cheez ko aasan banane wala hai. Jazak Allah.
