As maria gave us assignment of search about colors that's my work and little research about it.. 1. Primary Colors These are the main colors. They cannot be made by mixing other colors. Red Blue Yellow 2. Secondary Colors These are made by mixing two primary colors. Red + Blue = Purple Red + Yellow = Orange Blue + Yellow = Green 3. Tertiary Colors These are made by mixing a primary color with a secondary color. Red-Orange Yellow-Orange Yellow-Green Blue-Green Blue-Purple Red-Purple But as we are talking about art and design we do prefer bright colors for energy, clear message, excitement. On the other hand depressed color are used sadness, calmness, dull energy. Ok let's discuss one by one 🌈 Bright Colors Bright colors are clear, light, and energetic. They give feelings of happiness, energy, freshness, and excitement. Examples: Red Yellow Orange Bright Blue Light Green Pink Characteristics: High light Look fresh and strong Catch attention easily Used in posters, ads, festivals, children’s art 🌑 Depressed Colors Depressed colors are dark, dull, or muted colors. They give feelings of sadness, calmness, seriousness, or mystery. Examples: Dark Blue Brown Grey Black Olive Green Maroon Characteristics: Low light Not shiny or bright Look serious or dull Used in sad scenes, serious themes, winter scenes 🌈 Bright Colors (3 Examples) 1. Yellow Yellow is a very bright color. It shows happiness, sunlight, hope, and energy. It easily catches the eye and makes things look cheerful. 2. Red Red is bright and strong. It shows energy, love, excitement, and power. It feels warm and active, so it is used where attention is needed. 3. Light Blue Light blue is bright but soft.
