I have just completed the 5th onboarding video, and it has been extremely informative and clarifying.
This video provided a clear, structured roadmap for new members on how to move forward without confusion, overwhelm, or wasted effort.
Below are my key learnings and the step-by-step path I understood from the video, written as reference notes for my own accountability and for fellow learners.

Post your Introduction in the Community. This is the first step toward networking, visibility, and engagement.
Step 4:
Start watching 1–3 videos daily from the “Mental Mastery” course. This is foundational. It helps build the right mindset for:
- Long-term growth
- Self-discipline
- Focus and emotional control
Mental Mastery is not optional; it is a daily habit.
Step 5:
Watch “First Steps for New Members”. This video gave me complete clarity on what to follow and what to avoid as a beginner.
Step 6:
Start watching Smart Freelancing (Course) alongside Mental MasteryTechnical learning should happen in parallel with mindset development.
Step 7:
Continue Mental Mastery daily. This helps manage distractions, increase focus, and stay consistent during the journey.
Step 8:
Watch the Upwork 101 Course. Only after completing this. We create an Upwork account.
Step 9:
Watch the Upwork Profile Optimization Course. Once optimized, share the profile link in the “Profile Reviews” category to get expert feedback.
Step 10:
Watch the Upwork Outreach (Bidding) Course. Practice dummy bidding before real proposals.
Step 11:
Submit Dummy Bids in the “Bid Reviews” category. Feedback here helps avoid costly mistakes later.
Step 12:
Watch the Mastering Client Communication Course. This is critical for trust, clarity, and long-term client relationships.
Step 13: Watch the Project Management Course. This ensures professional delivery and client satisfaction.
Throughout all steps, remain consistent with Mental Mastery every single day. It builds patience, self-control, and emotional strength.
Step 14:
Watch – Learn – Share. After every video or course:
- Write notes
- Share what you learned in the community
This helps the hierarchy:
- Track progress
