Google docs link to SOPs:
  • just course listening is not enough, because when you apply the steps from courses, you face problems which you can resolve if your are connected to the mentor.
  • do things efficiently. save time, clicks etc.
  • Thought process:
after looking at all these metrics from outside the job post , if it is satisfactory we click on the job and see the job post and look for the following metrics:
  • payment method verified / phone number verified ? phone number does not matter. if more red flags then payment method matters.
  • hire rate(matters most), must be greater or equal to 60%. But sometimes if hire rate is 55% or 58% or lesser but other factors are good then that's a green flag.
  • reviews: if a lot of jobs posted and bad reviews then red flag. also see how many reviews.
  • country: canadian clients are also bad because of taxes on payment , budget etc.
  • no of jobs posted:
  • total spent, how many hires: see if hires are more but paid cheap prices thn red flag, understand mentality of clients from this data, how many active hires
  • company size, company niche:
  • member since data:
  • sometimes if hourly rate is higher then maybe he is looking for american or expensive freelancer
  • go down to review section and see who the client has hired, what kind of work are others doing in his company, like if it is IT company or media company then workforce will be similar to it. also see the other freelancer the client has hired, it will give you an idea you why they were hired and the money he/she has spent.
  • we need speed bidding so we keep the questions already with us that clients ask for like experience, work etc. we will make template for that.
  • we make different templates for different types of jobs like for long form videos, short form videos etc.
  • we need the copy job link for puttin git in our google sheet.
  • jo kaam repititve ho usko ham automate karte hain. we use templates for specific types of jobs.
  • skills & expertise: does not matter. but make sure the keywords matches, it shows on client page that this freelancer has done these much jobs with this keyword and is an expert if more jobs are done in this keyword. better.
  • JSS: must be at least 90%. it shows that client is serious and looking for good freelancer.
  • listed country: if client has requirement of hiring from a western country then we might apply from a different account. also if cheap countries are mentioned then the client is looking for cheap freelancers.
Client recent history:
  • Job title: it tells you what other things i can pitch to the client. also if job requirements are for experts then budget must be high.
  • also do not look k client has spent this much amount, see how much the client has spent for how many jobs and for how long(the interval). if time is more but budget is less then small client, but see this for other jobs as well, not just one job.
  • client name helps you understand his/her background, race , budget, location etc. you can also search client name on linkedin and see about his/her company.
  • freelancer name: see why client hired this freelancer. it helps improve ourselves.
  • if client is hiring from asian countries then he is looking for cheap freelancers.
  • freelancer review
after reading all these things , we then proceed to reading the job post.
  • also in the job description if they want you to use shortcuts like AI voice overs etc then the client is looking for cheap work.
  • from job post we see if the client is hiring for a client or himself, what kind of work he/she does, what niche do they work in etc.
  • pay attention to client words, they may be toxic sometimes, are they over demanding etc, will they give good/bad feedback.
  • job post give us a lot of info about the client’s personality.
the complete notes could not be posted here, i do not know why so i have attached a link to my Notion page where i have been keeping my notes:
