Assalam Alaykum members, I am sure you all are doing great and are trying your best to grow and learn. I want to ask, where can i find the paid communities? I am watching the courses step-by-step. Currently i am at Mental Mastery course. I found a link to skool paid community, are there separate communities for each skill? In the videos Haroon bhai talked about step by step progressing and leveling up but it will take time, so i want to join the paid community, could you kindly share the links with me? JazakAllah !

Pomodoro Technique
One technique that i have found useful to stay focused and avoid distractions is Pomodoro Technique. In it, you lock in for 25 minutes of focused work and then take a break for 5 minutes. You do it for 3-4 times and then you take a long break of 15-30 minutes. It helps with keeping you productive. Try it and you will find it very useful.

Day 2 Journal
Date: Feb 15, 2026 Day: Saturday One thing I want to remember about today: I missed Tajhajjud and offered Fajr at 10am. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? I slept at 3am and woke up at 10 am. What data will I look up after a month or year? - My financials - 8 hours quality sleep - How many hours/per day did i spend with my family. Reminders: - Limit social media/Netflix to 1 hour a day at max. - Sit in sunlight for 30 minutes everyday. - Manage your emotions instead of controlling it. When angry take out chatgpt and write down everything in chat. Day Start Section Most Important 1-3 Tasks: Watch Mental Mastery 5 videos. Make 3-4 comments in the community. Make 1 post in the community. What I don’t want to do today: Not reel/YouTube for today. Diet + Gym + Boxing: Breakfast: Scrambled eggs + Naan. Lunch: I dont eat lunch usually. Dinner: Fish Gym: I am not doing any physical exercise atm. Practice: I am currently exploring what to learn. Speaking: I will try talking to the camera randomly. Day Close Section Wins of the Day: - I fixed a thing at home. - I prayed all the prayers with Quran. Mistakes / Learnings: No matter how tired /sleepy/down you feel, wake up for Tahajjud. Prayer Times: Fajr: 10am. Zohar/Jumma: 2 pm. Asr: 5pm. Maghrib: 6:30pm with Surah Waqiyah. Isha: 8pm with Surah Mulk. Tahajjud: Missed unfortunaltey.
