Looking for a Team That Wants to Learn and Grow Together
Assalamualaikum everyone.
I’m Qandeel, a beginner Virtual Assistant and Social Media Manager, and I’m looking to peer up with people who genuinely want to learn, grow, and contribute to this community.
Why I Want to Peer Up:
Learning alone can be slow, and sometimes we lose motivation. But when you have a small team that checks on each other, shares progress, and stays accountable, the journey becomes more structured and meaningful.
I want to connect with people who are serious about their growth, open to feedback, and willing to support others along the way. My intention is to learn from others and also give back in whatever way I can.
My Goals for the Next 3 Months:
1. Understand Skool properly
2. Improve as a VA and Social Media Manager
3. Become more disciplined and consistent
4. Share value in the community through what I learn
5. Build skills that help me grow professionally
6. Move towards earning with clarity and confidence
My Working Hours:
After Fajr till 11 am
9 pm to 12 am
These are the hours when I can be active, learn, and support the team.
What I Expect From My Team:
1. I expect everyone to show up consistently in the community and share whatever they learned, even if it’s something small.
2. I want the team to set goals, review them regularly, and stay open to reminders or feedback.
3. Communication should be honest and respectful share challenges, ask for help, and offer constructive feedback when needed.
4. I want a positive environment where we avoid comparison and focus on uplifting each other.
5. All updates, discussions, and reviews should stay inside the community, not in private groups.
6. Patience is important because everyone learns at their own pace.
7. And most importantly, I expect us to support each other’s progress, celebrate wins, and be there for one another on tough days.
